Our client is the Australian subsidiary of a Global Distribution organisation that has as their core business sales of Electrical and Data Communication products to Contractors and Industry. Their philosophy includes the desire for each individual branch to operate as a stand alone business unit and so be responsible in its own right for the profit and loss that it generates.  

These exciting opportunities exist for highly motivated and self-disciplined individuals, who, using general business acumen obtained within a variety of disciplines, will be outstanding general managers of these small businesses. Working within general guide lines you will be able to show entrepreneurial flair that will enable your branch to demonstrate outstanding results.

The major area of responsibility in these roles will be for bottom line profitability. This will be obtained through outstanding people skills, an ability to build a team of skilled professionals, a flair for sales and promotional activity and a genuine desire to run a successful and profitable business.   

The ideal candidate is looking for a new opportunity and may be from a wide range of managerial or sales backgrounds including Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Installation, Project Management or Estimating, Construction, Structured Cabling, Electrical or Data industries.
